Description

The main raw material in the rubber manufacturing process is called rubber oil or rubber process oil. Rubber oil, which has a kinematic viscosity of 100 degrees between 32 and 50, is generally a product related to lubricants. These types of lubricants have less than 3% polycyclic aromatic compounds. Rubber oil is useful for the production of many rubber-related materials.

This oil is produced in three grades: paraffinic, naphthenic and aromatic. Aromatic rubber oil is a process oil with an aromatic base, which, in addition to filling properties, plays a significant role in processing and adjusting the elastic properties of rubber products, and will reduce the costs and mechanical properties of rubber parts.
